We’re excited to share that we’ve secured another major project with our long-standing client Hopkins Homes – this time delivering their flagship Halstead development in Essex.

This transformative scheme kicks off with an extensive earthworks package, including a 90,000 m² topsoil strip and the creation of two attenuation basins totalling 12,000 m³.

​

Key highlights include:
* 3.5km of adoptable drainage
* 4,000 m² of spine road & 5,000 m² of estate roads
* A 5.5m deep pumping station with 600m of rising main
* Traditional foundations, substructure blockwork & thermal floors – paving the way for underfloor heating and timber frame construction to 114 homes

We’ll also be delivering significant S278 works, realigning the main road and forming the new permanent access, while the landscape-led masterplan will bring:
* Extensive open spaces
* Active travel routes
* New play areas

All designed to enhance health, wellbeing and biodiversity for the community.
