Foundations to both the apartment block and bungalows are of traditional construction where circa 600m3 of concrete will be poured as part of their construction, this is followed by sub structure brick and blockwork and the installation of PCC floors to the bungalows.

As part of the drainage scheme there are deep bore soakaways to the utilised as well as the installation of over 360m3 of soakaway crates.

For the entrance road this is made up permeable construction detail, bordered with macadam and block paved footpaths and with a intricate network of underground services running beneath.

Finally the site is complimented with large landscaped public open spaces for the residents to enjoy.
